Alabama Sea Shells

I was looking at sea shells today, my Alabama sea shells. I have around 80 of them; each of them different, yet some similar. All wonderfully made and fragile, some big and some small.
There are thousands of beaches around the world, but these sea shells of mine are from the waters of Dauphin Island. I hand picked every single sea shell and chose to treasure them.
Sea shells are created underwater, washed up onto sand, and are eventually (naturally)
pulled backed into the ocean.

Children of God, like sea shells we are all so different. Though some of us may have similar callings, the one true thing we all have in common is Jesus Christ. Our human bodies grow weak, but in Him we find our strength. And like sea shells, yes, some of us are smaller than others. (: In that we are all GRAND in His eyes!
Of all the glorious things God created, He chose to TREASURE us. Our God is so INCREDIBLY AMAZING that He chose to Love us, despite our sinful ways. Even after we deliberately dishonored Him; He sent His ONLY Son to SAVE us from damnation. He stood by us since the Beginning, and will never leave our side. He not only hand picked us; He created EACH and EVERYONE of us.
We, like the sea shells, are created and known in His ocean (Heaven). We are then given PRECIOUS time on dirt (Earth), but unlike the sea shells, we are given Life, JESUS, and the power of free will. Declaring Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior will determine if you are to be
 "pulled back into the Ocean."

"OH, HOW HE LOVES US!  & IF HIS GRACE IS AN OCEAN..  WE'RE ALL SINKING!"

Bible Verses:
  • Isaiah 40:31-But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
  • Jeremiah 1:5-"I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations."
  • Genesis 2:7-Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man's nostrils, and the man became a living person.
  • John 3:16-For God loved the world so much that He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.
